1. Eligibility

This discount is available to:

• Active Duty members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Space Force.

• National Guard and Reserve members.

• Veterans who have been honorably discharged.

• Military Spouses (Primary business owners only).

2. Verification Process

To ensure the integrity of this program while protecting your privacy, we ask for one of the following forms of verification:

• A state-issued Driver’s License with a Veteran Designation.

• A Veteran ID Card (VIC) or Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC).

• Verification via a secure third-party service (e.g., ID.me).

• Note: Please do not send copies of your DD-214 via email to protect your Social Security number and sensitive data.

3. Terms and Conditions

• Scope: The discount applies to standard monthly bookkeeping fees. It does not apply to one-time "Catch-Up" projects, software subscriptions (e.g., QuickBooks), or third-party filing fees.

• Combination: This offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or introductory "new client" specials.

• Duration: Once verified, the discount remains active for the life of the service agreement, provided the account remains in good standing.

• Transferability: This discount is non-transferable and applies only to businesses where the eligible service member or spouse holds at least 51% ownership.
